Join us for our next SPARKLE: Exploring the Enneagram with Jill Ortman-Fouse of T.E.A.M Consulting Wednesday, September 13th at 2pm in the Silver Spring Civic Building.

T.E.A.M. Consulting provides workshops and coaching services using the Enneagram for self-discovery and to build interpersonal understanding. You'll learn about this fascinating tool with ancient roots and unleash your full capacity. The Enneagram identifies personality styles and reveals how individuals view the world with different perceptions, habits, assumptions and belief systems. Dozens of studies have shown that emotional intelligence, or EQ, is a better predictor of success than IQ, and anyone can increase their EQ with the Enneagram. We will show how you can improve your communication with co-workers, clients, family and friends, and overcome the personal stumbling blocks to your success.

About the presenter:
Jill Ortman-Fouse is a certified Enneagram coach with 20 years experience designing and leading retreats, trainings and workshops on organizational development, advocacy, media preparedness and communication strategies. Jill encourages participants to fully understand and embrace challenges, provides tools to surmount obstacles enthusiastically and assists in identifying goals and making practical plans to reach them..

Ms Ortman-Fouse's presentation will be on Wednesday September 13 at 2:00 at the Silver Spring Civic Building at 1 Veterans Plaza. RSVP via the Village website calendar (fastest), by email to, or by phoning the Village at 301-503-7401.
