FRIDAY FEBRUARY 26, 1:00-2:00 PM 17th Century Dutch Art The 17th century in the Netherlands was a time of remarkable prosperity and artistic output. It has been estimated that between five and ten million works of art were produced during this period. This tour will give us a chance to step back in time and get a feel for what it was like to live in those days. The works we will see give us insight into Dutch culture and the specialties of the artists in a very competitive art market. Estelle Quain, a National Gallery docent, will lead us on this Zoom tour.
