Silver Spring Village's in-person book club will meet on the fourth Thursday afternoon of each month at 3:00 at the Brig. General Charles McGee Library at 900 Wayne Avenue.

On June 22 the book to be discussed will be Being Mortal: Medicine and What Matters in the End by Atul Gawande.How do we have those hard end-of-life discussions with doctors, nursing homes, and families, who struggle to cope and don’t know what to say?
