A local elder law attorney will discuss the importance and scope of advanced medical directives and power of attorneys (POAs). This will include a discussion of the Maryland Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) form and how to ensure your wishes indicated on these forms are respected and enforced within the medical community.
