Mindfulness is the ability to be consciously aware of the present moment in a way that enables an individual to choose actions that cultivate inner calm and emotional balance. In our sessions of guided meditation you will learn to be more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and environment in a nonjudgmental way by staying in the present.
The sessions will be held at the home of a member at 4:30, usually on the last Tuesday of each month . The group will be limited in size so it will be important to register beforehand.
