The weekly yoga class meets every week on Friday from 12:00 – 1:15 pm via Zoom. It is an all levels class appropriate for beginners as well as those with more experience. The class leader (Cheryl) has been practicing yoga since the 1980’s and teaching since the mid- 1990’s.
