Vanessa Ripps

Vanessa has been the Village’s Director of Volunteer Services since 2015. With over twenty years of nonprofit experience, she has served as a fundraiser, community builder, and director of volunteers for organizations throughout the northeastern U.S. She holds an MSW from Columbia University. Vanessa oversees volunteer recruitment, screening, training, evaluation, and service matching for the Village.
