Qigong is an ancient practice that originated in China. The term qigong means lifeforce energy skills and it includes a wide variety of practices designed to cultivate, conserve and balance lifeforce energy.

Consider this question for a moment: What is your most valuable resource? Think about it – it’s  your lifeforce energy Your car can’t take you anywhere without gas (energy). Plants can’t grow without the sun (energy). And we cannot do anything without enough energy to operate our bodies, minds and spirits.  And yet, most of us were never taught to understand and use our energy supply as thoughtfully as possible.

Qigong practices, like those I teach in my Qigong with Robin classes, to care for our precious qi and use it wisely. In qigong, we practice movements, breath techniques, and meditations and we begin to experience the benefits of regular qigong practice:

  • Greater vitality
  • Better sleep
  • Improved digestion
  • Enhanced focus and clarity
  • Emotional freedom as feelings come and go unsuppressed
  • Flexibility and strength
Join us for a 90 minute introductory session to learn more about Qigong and to experience how it feels. This practice is for ANY BODY. You can practice standing or seated.
