Join us Wednesday, May 10th for our next Sparkle: Healing in the Garden with Kathy Jentz, editor of Washington Gardener Magazine and host of the popular GardenDC Podcast, will share tips for creating your own Healing Garden – whether indoors or outside spending time among plants can be a wonderful mood lifter and stress reliever. We’ll explore types of healing gardens (meditation, labyrinth, sensory, etc.) as well as some specific plants that promote healing.
